Delivery Timing

• Next-Day Delivery: Online orders placed after 5:00 PM are typically scheduled for the next day.

• Custom Cakes: A minimum lead time of 3–5 days is required for custom designs, as all cakes are baked fresh to order.

• Standard Window: Deliveries are generally made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Once an order is confirmed, a team member will usually contact you with more specific details.

Fees and Limits

• Delivery Fee: The standard delivery charge is AED 60.

• Minimum Order: There is a minimum order requirement of AED 200 to qualify for delivery.

Tracking and Communication

• Updates: You will receive a WhatsApp message or notification from the courier once the order is dispatched to confirm the delivery date and time.

• Address Changes: You can request changes to your delivery address up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Third-Party Pickups

• If you choose to use a third-party courier service (like Careem or Porter) for a store pickup, you must provide the driver with your Order ID, Name, and Phone Number to ensure a smooth hand-off at their JLT location.
